Costa Rica Coffee Costa Rica Coffee BEans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Costa Rica Coffee from $13.50
Costa Rica Rainforest Alliance SHB EP Tarrazu Coffee Beans Costa Rican coffee is among the absolute best in the world with healthy, well balanced, and delicious flavours with superb aroma.  The best thing about this coffee? Moorish. I will have another, please. It is especially good with milk.  The Region.  Tarrazu is the marquis region of Costa Rica noted for its soils and highest altitudes.  SHB stands for Strictly Hard Beans which is synonymous with "strictly high grown" (SHG). It usually refers to coffee grown over 4,500' above sea level—beans are grown at this altitude mature more slowly and grow harder and denser resulting in more flavour.  The inherent consistency and taste attributes of SHG make them more desirable and more expensive.  EP stands for European Preparation which means imperfect beans, pebbles and other foreign matter are removed by hand.  The Rainforest Alliance is a non-governmental organization with the published aims of conserving biodiversity and ensuring sustainable livelihoods by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behaviour.  Costa Rican coffee beans are considered among the best in the world.  Costa Rica Rainforest Alliance SHB EP Tarrazu is one of the best coffee beans in Costa Rica.  Acidity: High and bright Body: Velvety smooth Aroma: Stone fruit, honey, treacle Flavour: Honey, prunes and berries - intense sweetness with balanced acids

Colombian Huila Excelso Lolo EP Coffee Beans This is a stunning Colombian which highlights the supreme qualities of Colombian Coffees.  Colombian Coffee Beans are specialty coffee at its best. This coffee begins with a room-filling chocolate aroma to die for.  This Colombian coffee finishes sweet and clean, rounding out a genuinely great cup. If you have not tried a Colombian coffee from Huíla, we highly recommend that you try this treat! The notes of cherry and chocolate combine wonderfully with a caramel-toned sweetness to make this rich, flavour profile.  Excelso is a coffee grading term in Colombia that is an approximate bean grade 16, 16/64" diameter. Excelso coffee beans deliver exceptional flavours and to be honest, I think Excelso's offer for more ZING in the cup with sharper acidity that cuts through milk a lot better. EP stands for European Preparation which describes coffees from which imperfect beans, pebbles and other foreign matter have been removed by hand.  The Region.  Huila is in the south-eastern part of Colombia. This region is characterized by its fertile valleys and snow-capped volcanoes that have enriched its soils with volcanic ashes for millions of years.  Huila's coffee, which results in the work of more than 70 thousand coffee-growing families, is known for having an exquisite and consistent, balanced taste and aroma.  Colombia's Famous Trademark.  Colombian coffee is often regarded as some of the highest quality coffee in the world. Brazilian Coffee - coffee Brazil Coffee Beans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Brazilian Coffee from $13.50
BRAZIL Cerrado NY2 NATURAL Coffee Beans  Remember that famous advertising jingle, “there’s an awful lot of coffee in Brazil” Indeed there is as it is the world’s largest coffee bean producer growing on average 30% of the world’s crop. Are you looking for the best Brazilian Coffee Beans? I thought so. The best Brazilian coffees have relatively low acidity and exhibit a nutty, sweet flavour, often bittersweet with a chocolaty roast taste. Most unroasted Brazilian green coffee is dry processed (unwashed; natural).  The most favourable quality of a Brazilian coffee is its price - but after that, the mildness helps to balance out more intense coffee beans, making it a feature of many blends. Grab a bag and enjoy your favourite drinking style. Where is it from? The Cerrado, (Spanish/archaic Portuguese for “closed”) is a vast tropical savanna ecoregion of Brazil, mainly in Goiás and Minas Gerais. The cerrado biome areas are the plateaus in the centre of Brazil. The main habitat types of the Cerrado include forest savanna, wooded savanna, parksavanna and gramineous-woody savanna. Savanna wetlands and gallery forests are also included. The second largest of Brazil’s major habitat types, after The Amazonia, the Cerradoaccounts for a full 21 percent of the country’s land area (extending marginally into Paraguayand Bolivia).Buy some BUZZ BRAZIL Cerrado NY2 NATURAL coffee beans online today and have them delivered to your door.   Acidity: Low to Medium. Guatemala Coffee Guatamalan Coffee Beans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Guatemala Coffee from $13.50
Guatemalan Antigua Acate Estate SHB Coffee Beans  The SHB refers to "Strictly Hard Bean" which are coffee beans grown over 4,500 feet, this allows the beans to mature slower and develop better flavour. Perfect. We love the coffee flavour! This coffee is intense and fragrant. A strong flavour that is balanced and has a long, chocolate finish in the mouth. One of my personal favourites. I love it as a filter coffee and prefer to let it cool in the cup.  The Region There are eight different coffee growing regions in Guatemala. Our BUZZ comes from the Acate Estate in Antigua. Antigua Coffee® Rich volcanic soil, low humidity, lots of sun, and cool nights characterise the Antigua Coffee region.  The region produces some of the finest coffees in the country. The coffee is grown in the shade at 5,000 to 5,700 feet above sea level and collectively wet-milled and sun-dried by hand.  This valley is surrounded by three volcanoes: Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango. Occasionally, Fuego—one of Guatemala's three active volcanoes—adds a fresh dusting of mineral-rich ash to Antigua's soil.  Volcanic pumice in the soil retains moisture, which helps offset Antigua's low rainfall. In Antigua, shade is incredibly dense to protect the coffee plants from the region's occasional frost.  The rich volcanic soil and rainforest conditions produce a well-balanced Arabica coffee with a smooth finish.  Coffee has helped fuel Guatemala's economy for over a century. Today, an estimated 125,000 coffee manufacturers drive Guatemala's coffee market and coffee stays one of Guatemala's main export products, representing 40% of all farming export earnings.  Today, coffee is expanded in 20 of Guatemala's 22 regions, with around 270,000 hectares planted under coffee, mostly all of which (98%) is shade-grown. The country's production is practically exclusively Arabica and is most generally prepared using the washed method. However, all-natural and numerous semi-washed approaches are obtaining in popularity.    BUZZ Coffee now sells its entire range of specialty blends and single origin coffee online. Ethiopian Coffee - Yirgacheffe Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Ethiopian Coffee - Yirgacheffe from $13.50
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee Beans Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee: it is in the Kaffa region's forests that Coffee Arabica grew wild. Coffee is "Bun" or "Buna" in Ethiopia, so Coffee Bean is quite possibly a flawed anglicized interpretation of "Kaffa Bun". We consider Ethiopian coffees to be some of the best in the world. This Yirgacheffe is regarded as one of the best in the world.  Yirgacheffee Coffee has a sweet, fruity aroma and a taste of toffee and lemon. It sounds a little different, but you will go back again and again once you have tried it. The Region The Cream of the Ethiopian Crop" – This distinctive Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is grown high in the mountains in a tiny area of the Sidamo region.  It is likely that in and around this region is where coffee had its beginnings. Here the Ethiopian coffees grow  gradually and for that reason have more time to absorb nutrients as well as establish more robust tastes based on the local environment and dirt conditions. The most distinctive flavour notes discovered are lemon and citrus with a brilliant acidity level.   Coffea Arabica was also found in the Harar region quite early, either brought from the Kaffa forests or closer areas around the Sudan border. It is entirely possible that slaves taken from the forests chewed coffee cherry and spit out the seeds, thus spreading it into the Harar region, through which the Muslim slave trade route passed. BUZZ Coffee now sells its entire range of specialty blends and single origin coffee online. Buy some BUZZ coffee beans online today.     Acidity: High, bright, lemon citrus Body: Medium Aroma: Lemon, honey, frangipani, jasmine Flavour: Rich honey, lemon and kumquat flavours abound with a toffee and caramel finish.

Indian Coffee India Coffee
BUZZ Coffee Beans Indian Coffee from $13.50
Indian Monsooned Malabar Coffee Beans  Our BUZZ Indian Monsooned Malabar Coffee takes people by surprise as not many realise India grows premium coffee beans. The pungent aroma will fill the room and prepare your palate for the flavours of treacle, toffee, and a long chocolate finish. Your Coffee loving taste buds will be excited at the new flavour. Once you have enjoyed Monsooned Malabar Coffee, you will be buying it often.  While most people think tea is India's best-recognised beverage, Indian Coffee is incomparable. India grew Coffee because of the early 18th Century need in Europe. Varied climatic conditions, and farming practices such as expanding seasonings, indigenous fruits, and vegetables as intercrops, resulted in intricate flavours unique to Indian coffees. Most of these coffees originate from the vineyard belt that spans the southern Indian states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.  Currently, India generates an excess of 350,000 metric tonnes of Coffee per year and rates sixth on the planet.   The Region Malabar is in the South West region of India close to Kerala and Kamataka. It has ideal conditions to develop its unique characteristics and has protected status in India by Government decree. The typical Indian Monsoon Malabar is a dry-processed coffee exposed to moisture-laden monsoon winds for three months after drying and processing. This turns the beans yellow and they "swell". The favourite earthy mildewed flavour, which is the true character of the beans, now shines. The Origins  Its origins are the words of history. Coffee was introduced into India through the Chikkamagaluru (Chikmagalur) district when the first coffee crop was grown in the Baba Budan Giri Hills during 1670 AD. According to the article "Origins of Coffee", the saint Bababudan on his pilgrimage to Mecca travelled through the seaport of Mocha, Yemen where he discovered Coffee. To introduce India's taste, he wrapped seven coffee beans around his belly and got them out of Arabia. On his return home, he planted the beans in the hills of Chikkamagaluru, which are now named Baba Budan Hills in his honour. Coffee in India changed during the time of the Raj, a period of impressive pomp and ceremony. Indian Coffee was shipped to Europe in the old sailing ships. During this trip in the dark holds, the monsoon season's beans changed whilst exposed to the warm, moist air of the Indian Ocean. Honduras Coffee Beans Honduras Coffee Beans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Honduras Coffee Beans from $13.50
Honduras Marcala SHG Coffee Beans Honduras has been the standout celebrity of the coffee universe over the last years, shifting from a track record as a mass industrial vendor right into a giant of high-grade specialty. Today, Honduras is the go-to beginning for many coffee roasters looking for exceptional high quality and uniformity. Honduran coffee beans are incredibly under-rated in our point of view. You only need to check out the recent victors of World Barista comps to see that quality is a straightforward technique of Honduran farmers to boost their position and efficiency in the worldwide coffee market. A Honduran Coffee for lovers of sophisticated, fragrant flavours, with a medium to light body, yet refreshing and vibrant taste.  The balance of flavour in the cup is world-class. A big hit of chocolate, malt, toffee, caramel and vanilla will put that big coffee smile on your face. Our BUZZ Honduras Marcala SHG Coffee Beans are 100% SHG Arabica Estate Coffee. SHG means Strictly High Grown, a highly sought-after characteristic in coffee. As with a good wine, the best beans come from a high altitude as they mature slower and more thoroughly than the lower altitude varieties.   The Region The Barrios family has been growing and trading coffee for over 140 years. The 100% SHG Arabica beans are imported directly from the family's plantation in Marcala, Honduras and roasted by Andrew. Creating high-quality coffee is an intricate process. It begins with the careful preparation of the soil at the plantation and ends as a cup is served. Before the seed is planted, environmental factors such as altitude and climate infuse the seeds with their unique flavour. Like the grapes used for a vintage wine, coffee beans are fragile and must be carefully monitored to maintain quality control. The advantages of a single origin/single estate coffee are considerable; consistency and quality are guaranteed at every step throughout the production process as each bean is closely monitored. A single origin at its best, this coffee is grown at a high altitude, surrounded by banana and citrus trees, and carefully washed in spring water. It is then dried on patios and turned over several times every day; each bean is hand-selected for its quality. From the day BUZZ opened, we have sold the coffee beans from this farm.  Acidity: Low to Medium. Body: Full & Rich. Aroma: Nut, vanilla, baker's cocoa Flavour: Dark chocolate, malt, toffee, caramel and vanilla with a nice length.

Their research and development are unparalleled. Their quality control is meticulous. Many thousands of small farmers are highly educated in their agricultural practice --and rewarded -- for top-level coffee. Small farmers produce about 70% of Kenya's coffee. In 2012 there were about 150,000 coffee and farmers in Kenya. Other estimates are that six million Kenyans were employed directly or indirectly in the coffee industry. The major coffee-growing regions in Kenya are the high plateaus around Mt Kenya. The high plateaus of Mount Kenya plus the acidic soil provide excellent conditions for growing coffee plants. Kenya sets the rates system for their coffee using the government regulated Public auction system. Sumatra Coffee Beans Sumatran Coffee Beans
BUZZ Coffee Beans Sumatra Coffee Beans from $13.50
Sumatran Mandheling Kuda Mas Coffee Beans The best Sumatran coffee beans are highly regarded as one of the world's best. It is one of our best sellers. This is a coffee for those who love their coffee rich, strong, and very full-bodied. It loves to be with milk in the classic range of coffee drinks; however, as a black coffee, a heady delight awaits you. Discover why when your order arrives in your post box. The Region Most coffee in Indonesia is grown on small-holder farms, a family with anywhere between 100 trees to a few land areas. They pick the coffee and pulp it, which means that they run it through a hand-crank drum with a surface like a cheese grater that peels off the fruit's skin. Then they will ferment the coffee in any number of ways - either in a polypropylene bag, a plastic tub, or a concrete tank - to get the fruit layer (mucilage) to break down. After overnight fermentation, the mucilage can be washed off, and you have wet parchment coffee - the green bean inside the parchment layer that encompasses it, still swollen with water. Since 2016, Sumatran coffees have ended up being more difficult to source because of lower harvest volumes brought on by irregular or extreme climate patterns throughout the expanding and refining periods. Heavy rainfalls at the incorrect time can spoil plants or ruin coffees that are chosen and drying out in the damp hull approach. Costs for Sumatran coffees remain to increase. They currently require top dollar on the market, so import brokers and traders are usually downsizing their sourcing, which directly influences what Australia coffee roasters can buy. It is best as a single origin but will blend with other coffee beans.  Acidity: Low to medium Body: Bold intensity. Aroma: Roast caramel, spiced fruit. Flavour: Intense, earthy, forest berries and smooth.
